It operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C, with varying supply voltages based on the model: M24C64-W (2.5 V to 5.5 V), M24C64-R (1.8 V to 5.5 V), and M24C64-F/M24C64-DF (1.7 V to 5.5 V, with M24C64-F capable of operating down to 1.6 V under certain conditions).
